Step-by-Step Ordering Process

Step 1 – Send Inquiry

Reach out through our website form, WhatsApp, or email to start the conversation. Share your required product details like:
Once we get your brief, our production team begins the review process immediately.
Step 2 – Get Quotation & Sampling
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a custom quotation based on your details.
Once we agree on pricing, timelines, and terms—we move to the sample stage.
- A sample is developed and shipped to you for approval.
- We can also provide mockups or prototypes if you don’t have a design file.
We don’t proceed to full production until you approve the sample.
Step 3 – Bulk Production & Delivery
After sample approval and advance payment, your order enters production.
Here’s what happens next:
- Our factory begins bulk manufacturing.
- Quality checks are performed throughout.
- Once complete, products are packed securely and prepared for shipment.
You’ll receive tracking details and a final invoice. We keep communication open throughout.

Here’s what you can personalize with us:
- Fabric Selection: Choose from cotton, polyester, fleece, terry, spandex blends, and more.
- GSM & Weight: Light, medium, or heavy – we match your preferred garment thickness.
- Stitching & Cuts: Customize fits (slim, oversized, regular), panel designs, and stitching styles.
- Branding Elements: Get custom logos, neck labels, care tags, hem tags, and embroidery.
- Packaging Options: Standard polybags or fully custom packaging with your brand’s look.
We work closely with you during this stage to ensure every detail matches your brand standards.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We keep it flexible—whether you’re a startup or scaling brand.
- MOQ: 50–100 pieces per design/style (can vary by product type).
- Sample Orders: Available for testing quality and fit before bulk confirmation.
- Bulk Discounts: The higher the quantity, the better the pricing.

Payment Terms
Our payment structure is designed to keep everything fair and transparent.
- Advance Payment: 50% to begin sample or bulk production.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% before shipping.
- Payment Methods (International): PayPal, Wise, or Bank Wire.
Once your payment is received, we immediately initiate the next step in your order process.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship both locally and internationally with reliable logistics partners.
- International Shipping: DHL, FedEx, or sea cargo (5–12 business days depending on location).
- Tracking: You’ll receive real-time tracking once your parcel is shipped.
- Packaging: Products are securely packed with protective wrapping for transit safety.
