Refund & Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority
1. Refunds:
We offer refunds on products that are returned within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges:
If the item you received is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange with proof of picture within 14 days. Email us at info@cybexind.com, and we will guide you through the process.
3. Returns:
You can initiate a return by contacting us at info@cybexind.com. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (you will not charge if product is defected from our side), unless the item was defective or the wrong product was delivered.
4. Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
5. Non-Received Deliveries & Blacklisting:
If a parcel is confirmed as delivered to the correct address, but the customer claims not to have received it, the customer will be responsible for resolving the issue with the shipping carrier. Repeated instances of unclaimed deliveries may result in the customer being blacklisted from future purchases on CYBEX.
This is to prevent abuse of our shipping and fulfillment processes.
